Shelving System How to operate
To operate the shelving system, pack with the shelf fully extended at home.
1) Open the suitcase door 90 degrees.
2) Lift the shelf up and hang from the suitcase handle. This can be done two ways; hanging from the back pocket on the shelf, or hanging from the clip on strap.
3) Pack each shelf to 70% full.
4) To close, lower the shelf into the suitcase, compress into place, and close the suitcase.
When you arrive at your destination, simply reverse these steps!

I do like the case overall, however, one of the wheels keeps catching, so that it's difficult to the roll the bag. Reaching your refund center isn't possible as the provided link will not open.

I love it. easy to pack especially with the closet option. sturdy and the lock is super easy to set and opens smoothly. the only downside is as always the tires. they started blocking a tiny bit too early

I bought this for my husband as a Christmas gift. My husband is the classic unorganized, over-packer, and I knew this would be exactly what he needed. Well...since Christmas, I have been on two 12 twelve day trips, and I have sort of "borrowed" it...all I can say is this is the best suitcase ever. It is superior to any other hardside and softside luggage I've ever owned. It is super organized, holds a ton...but my favorite thing about this bad, is as it says in the advertisement, you really cannot over-pack it. I have packed this thing to where I was sure it was overpacked, and it has come in at 47, 48 pounds, but it just doesn't seem to go over 50 pounds. Now true, it's only been two trips...but you have no idea how much I put in this suitcase! It's also extremely durable! Both trips were international, and both trips, the bag did come out with a few scratches.but I simply rubbed them off, and they were completely gone! I am 100% sold. Solgaard is a superior product! I am going to buy my husband the carry-on closet next Christmas, so I can have a matching set! :P
